There are only a very few things that could get me out of the politico-socio-cultural funk that I'm in due to the recent electoral "unpleasantness. One of those things (and this is quite a surprise to me, honestly) is Japanese girls bitch slapping each other.

Without sounding too terribly vain, let me just say that I utterly vanquished the SAT Verbals back in the day. 800 flat, baby. But then again, I might not have performed so well if some of the more practical entries from this list were included. After all, this is the kind of stuff college is all about, right?
As I near the end of my junior year in college, it seems inevitable that I'll be going to graduate school. As such, I really appreciate this link, a pretty good web-comic about the life of grad students. Quite funny.
